Harlo Return & Refund Policy
At Harlo, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ve got you covered with a fair and simple return policy.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Return Window: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Refund Limit: We accept returns on up to $100 per order. If you purchased multiple units, we recommend trying our variety box first before committing to a larger order.
- Return Process: To start a return, contact hello@drinkharlo.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@drinkharlo.com immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Additional Notes
- We can only accept returns for orders placed directly on drinkharlo.com.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- If there is a history of abuse or excessive returns, we reserve the right to decline future refund requests.
